QHome

Factory-built modular homes with a Ukrainian production backbone

QHome creates factory-built modular solutions for private and commercial projects: from compact homes to hotel rooms, campsites, recreation villages and infrastructure modules. The core idea is not improvised construction on the plot, but a controlled product with clear technology, documentation, delivery and launch logic.

Production

The home is assembled where quality can be controlled every day

QHome works as a producer of ready prefabricated modules. The main cycle happens in the workshop: structure, metal and timber nodes, insulation, windows, facade, utilities, part of the interior finish and equipment. This gives more than speed; it gives repeatability and fewer random site improvisations.

One project cycle

Architects, engineers, production masters and the installation team work around one product logic instead of disconnected subcontractor decisions.

Documentation and warranty

Project materials, certificates and warranty obligations are prepared for the products. That matters for private clients, glamping operators and developers.

Parallel work

While the module is produced, the site can be prepared: base, access, water, power, sewage and other utility connections.

Technology

Frame, insulation, utilities and facade are assembled as one system

QHome materials describe metal and timber base frames, classic timber framing, CLT options, integrated utilities, insulated module bases, basalt insulation, hydro and vapor barriers, ventilated facades and roof systems. For the client, the building is treated not as a pile of materials, but as a coordinated envelope for year-round use.

Energy efficiency

Insulation and ventilation systems reduce heat loss and help control energy use.

Use-case readiness

A module can be planned as housing, a guest room, an office, a service block or part of a recreation complex.

Facade without compromise

The ventilated facade protects the structure and lets the exterior match the site, resort or landscape context.

Process

From site analysis to move-in

A project starts before production: soil, access, layout, connections and operating scenario must be understood. After that, the factory cycle and site work can move in parallel.

01

Site analysis

Geology, topography, transport access, unloading space and base zoning for the future object.

02

Layout and model

Model, area, configuration, facade, interior and engineering requirements for a private or commercial scenario.

03

Foundation and utilities

Preparation of the support scheme, power, water, sewage, internet and autonomous systems where required.

04

Production

Workshop assembly with checks of nodes, insulation, utilities, facade, windows and part of the interior finish.

05

Delivery

Transport by specialized vehicles with attention to dimensions, route, access and installation schedule.

06

Installation and launch

Placement on the prepared site, connection to utilities and handover for furnishing or operation.

UNHCR Core Home

Social project experience: 100 homes for families who lost housing

QHome materials record a project where, with support from UNHCR Ukraine and regional administrations, 100 homes were manufactured and installed for families who lost their homes because of the war. For QHome, this case is not a slogan; it is evidence that production can handle seriality, logistics, deadlines and real responsibility to people.

Scaling

Formats that can scale

QHome materials show ready sizes from compact homes around 26-43 m2 to larger 72-108 m2 solutions. In the catalog, these approaches become specific models for private living, glamping, campsites and hospitality projects.

26-43 m2

guest homes, micro-chalets, campsite rooms or compact housing

52-72 m2

family homes, rental modules or premium glamping units

90-108 m2

expanded housing, recreation objects or modular villa concepts
