QHome develops ready modular homes where a major part of the work moves from the plot to the factory: structure, facade, interior finish, utility nodes and equipment are assembled in controlled conditions. QHome states that production can take up to 30 days, with installation on a prepared site in up to 1-3 days. For a private buyer this reduces uncertainty; for a campsite or hotel operator it shortens the path to an operating room stock.

The module is engineered as one transportable product: compact geometry, rigid frame, protected utility zones and clear lifting points help deliver the house without turning the site into a long build.
