Build an exposure register before discussing performance
Capture elevation, wind exposure, snow information, rainfall behaviour, shade and seasonal access from appropriate sources for the actual site. These inputs guide later questions; they do not become structural values merely because they appear in a buyer brief.
Separate observed conditions from requirements and from verified design responses. A statement such as strong winter use is not evidence. Exact loads, envelope choices and service designs need professional confirmation against the chosen specification.
- Observed site information
- Authority and engineering requirements
- documented product or configuration response
- Reviewed project confirmation
Treat terrain and delivery access as one system
A sloped plot can affect road approach, placement position, temporary working space, drainage and the support concept. Review these interfaces together instead of assuming that a factory-built module removes site work.
The route survey should state widths, gradients, turning constraints and overhead obstacles. The foundation and water-management brief should come from the site team. No generic chalet page can confirm those details for a European location.
Compare evidence only after classification is documented
This source names no products. A future card needs a documented chalet classification, sufficient eligible records and a reviewed explanation of why the collection helps a buyer. Styling, glazing or a pitched form cannot substitute for that governance.
After the gates are resolved, compare documented product information and test a calculator configuration. Those tools may organise verified data, but they cannot resolve slope, climate or project requirements without project evidence.
Separate factory timing from mountain-site certainty
The standard QHOME terms state two weeks for manufacture, an estimated one week for delivery and capacity up to fifty units per month. They are planning inputs only; the exact site route, production slot and configuration still require confirmation.
Only the shared calculator may supply a public amount. Its basis is QHOME's warehouse in Rijeka, Croatia; the amount covers VAT and import duties. Transport to site and installation sit outside that amount, with both services agreed separately. this guide is not a public offer, so QHOME must confirm the specification, timing and price for the project.
