Map both rooms against shared circulation
Trace routes from each sleeping room to the bathroom, storage, entrance and living zone. Look for door conflicts, noise paths and circulation that cuts through another activity. Exact clearances and openings must be checked in documented drawings.
The relationship between the rooms can matter as much as their nominal count. Record whether separation or proximity is essential and why.

The collection generator accepts only a documented bedroom-count field with reviewed provenance. It must not count rooms from prose, photographs or historical marketing cards.
Keep the model list empty until the fact is bound
No products are named in this source. website release requires at least three documented product information with the relevant bedroom count, a human collection decision and a useful comparison beyond a thin filter.
After review, compare bedroom facts and plans and inspect a current configuration. Capacity, accessibility and room-performance statements remain outside the collection unless separately supported.
