Atak is positioned for buyers who need a small modular home that is easy to repeat across one plot, a rental setting or a hospitality site. The product facts are deliberately simple: a 28.13 m² base area, an S/M size range of 28.13–53.63 m², wood and glass materials, and a package that includes entrance, bathroom, kitchen-living-sleeping room and mezzanine. For operators, that means the module can be compared by footprint, guest scenario and launch timing before detailed site engineering starts. Choose the compact Atak layout for up to 3 guests or the extended hospitality layout for up to 6 guests. Both versions keep the main living space connected to panoramic glazing and terrace use.

Extended Atak layout for mountain stays, glamping rentals and family hospitality use, with a wet-zone entry, main hub, full weekend kitchen, private sleeping rooms, bathroom and direct terrace connection.
- Entry / Mudroom + Storage: compact entrance with built-in storage for jackets, boots, ski gear and luggage; easy-to-clean wet-zone logic for mountain use.
- Open-plan living: lounge and dining hub sized to seat 4-6, with convertible sleeping options for guests depending on the interior fit-out.
- Kitchen: efficient linear kitchen with sink, cooktop, fridge, storage and clear worktop space.
- Private bedrooms: primary bedroom for two adults plus an additional sleeping room in the extended version.
- Bathroom: enclosed shower, toilet, vanity and towel storage for quick turnovers.
- Terrace access: panoramic glazing opens the main space to a BBQ and relaxation terrace.

What is included in the project budget?
The public price covers the selected factory package at the Rijeka warehouse, including VAT and import duties under the public-price policy. Delivery, crane, unloading, installation, foundation and external utility connections require a separate project quotation. Cross-border tax treatment is confirmed for the transaction. Payment: 100% prepayment.
How do I check the warranty and service?
Request the warranty document for the selected model before ordering: coverage, duration, exclusions, maintenance requirements and the party handling service in your country must be stated in the project documents.
