Overview

Two private bedrooms in a compact footprint

Buzz is planned for buyers who need a real two-bedroom stay without moving into a large house format. The module combines private sleeping rooms, a central living/kitchen/dining zone and a practical bathroom in one repeatable footprint. It fits private retreats, premium short-stay rentals, glamping villages and small hospitality projects where guests need privacy, a strong first impression and a simple operating story.

Layout

Layout and dimensions

BUZZ is organized around a central shared living area, two isolated bedrooms, a compact kitchen, a separate bathroom and practical built-in storage. A 1.0 m terrace/deck band is indicated along the facade for outdoor circulation and seating.

Main layout

41.32 m² internal area

The main plan gives Buzz two isolated bedrooms and a central shared room, so families, couples with guests and rental groups can use the cabin without turning the living area into the only sleeping zone.

  • Living room + kitchen / dining: 17.19 m² open central space for sofa, TV wall, compact kitchen line and dining for four.
  • Bedroom 1: 9.53 m² double room with direct connection to the main living zone.
  • Bedroom 2: 10.42 m² slightly larger double room for family use or two-couple rental format.
  • Bathroom: 4.18 m² shower, WC and washbasin close to both bedrooms for efficient plumbing.
  • Storage: built-in wardrobes in the central block plus wardrobe space near the entrance zone.

Planning capacity: two bedrooms plus convertible living area, up to 6 people depending on fit-out.
