ZEPHYR is defined by minimal modern massing and a clean horizontal silhouette that reads as a single, confident volume in the landscape. Calm facade planes avoid visual noise, while the contrast of light vertical cladding with dark matte accents keeps the geometry sharp and premium in soft morning or sunset light. Dark window frames tighten the composition and maintain a restrained, architectural look from any distance.

ZEPHYR is designed to make the view the main feature: glazing is composed to create a framed panorama from inside, while the massing maintains privacy and a sense of protection. Outside, the experience stays controlled and premium: there is always a clean approach path or walkway, and the area around the home remains open for flexible outdoor use without over-designing the site.
